Monthly bookkeeping starts at $300/month.

All pricing is fixed and transparent upfront. You will not get unexpected hourly bills.

I primarily use QuickBooks Online. This allows me to be an expert in this software. However, I also use Wave Accounting for those businesses needing a free or lower cost alternative. I’ll work with you to get you set up, continue your existing subscription or transfer you from another software. 

My goal is to get you completely hands off your books so you can focus on what you do best!

Here’s some items I’ll request from you at the start of our engagement and/or periodically with a recurring service:

• Accountant access to your QBO file

• Login or accountant access to any other platforms (PayPal, Stripe, Square, Shopify, etc.)

• Read-only access to your bank and credit card accounts

• Loan or line of credit statements

• Login or accountant access to your 3rd party payroll provider

• Prior year tax returns

While I do not prepare tax returns, I ensure your financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and ready to be handed off to your tax pro. I’m happy to collaborate with your tax pro to facilitate a smooth and efficient tax preparation process.

I don’t run payroll in-house. However, I can assist with setup and integration of payroll with your chosen 3rd-party provider such as QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Patriot, or ADP.

Yes! I’m based in Mifflintown, PA but I work virtually and can support clients across the U.S. I currently support clients in 7 different states (and counting!) All meetings and document sharing are done securely online.
